It is officially the spring season in Fountain Hills, AZ, which means a hot Fountain Hills real estate market! Spring tends to the season for buyers and sellers, as real estate activity picks up after the winter months. If you’re wanting to buy, sell or both, don’t hesitate to contact me, your Fountain Hills real estate agent! I am here to answer any questions you may have, or to help you on the path toward achieving your real estate goals.
Spring also means a new season of events, activities and festivals throughout the Fountain Hills community. Whether you’re new to the area, you’ve lived here forever, or something in between, I believe that attending community events is a great way to get involved, have fun and meet others from the area! Here are a few upcoming events to mark in your calendar:
1. The Fountain Hills Artists Gallery is hosting a Paint Your Pet workshop today, March 28, from 5 to 9 p.m.! Everyone will email a picture of their pet beforehand, and artist Kelly Bowman will create an outline on a canvas for you. Then you paint it in with colors! If the class is filled, look for more of these pet painting events on April 12 and 26.
2. The Fountain Hills Music Fest will take place on April 7 this year in Fountain Park! This annual event is always a hit, with live music, food trucks and free admission! This is a great way to celebrate the beginning of spring. Musical lineup includes Sugahbeat from 4 to 5 p.m., Western Fusion from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Rock Lobster from 7 to 8 p.m. Bring blankets or chairs! American Poutine and Toms BBQ will be on hand for food from 4 to 8 p.m.
3. Dark Sky Festival will take place on April 21 from 3 to 10 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Community Center. This will celebrate the fact that Fountain Hills became only the 17th community in the world to be designated as an International Dark Sky Community! This means that our light pollution is low and our stargazing is great. Enjoy four nationally known speakers, a mobile planetarium, exhibits, activities for kids, art contest winners, night animals, laser tours of the night sky, food, craft beers, a huge star party and so much more.
Art on the Avenue and the Fountain Hills Farmers Market are two ongoing events to keep on your radar as well, where you can browse and purchase arts and crafts, or gourmet food and produce. There is always something to do in Fountain Hills! It’s a great community to call home.
Like I said, if you have questions about the Fountain Hills real estate market, or you’re ready to work toward your home-buying and/or home-selling goals, contact me! As your Fountain Hills real estate agent, I am here and ready to help guide you through your entire real estate process.
